Currently co-hosting Perfect Guy Life with Sam Hyde and also current host of Scuffed Realtor – a weekly real estate investment livestream on YouTube. Co-Creator of the Adult Swim hit show World Peace and soon to be released World Peace: Season 2. Nick is currently sporting a rosebud and was an original club kid with Michael Alig.
